About Me.
Originally from Joliet, I grew up in a single parent household with my mom and two brothers. I was the middle child and excelled in sports. I attended Illinois State University, where I received my undergraduate degree in History. I then began to substitute teach for schools in the Will County area and realized how much I enjoyed doing it. I then attended National-Louis University where I received my teaching certification credentials. I began to teach at Premier Academy in 2007 and continued to do so until 2016, when I was asked to be the Behavior and Attendance Interventionist, which I accepted. I then earned my Masters degree in Educational Leadership, which helped me grow into my current title of Assistant Principal. I was married in June of '16 to Angie, I now have two step sons (17 & 18) as well as my own son (10). I enjoy playing golf, the drums and spending time with my family.
